Most reputable local real estate companies?
I'm looking for opinions on what you consider the most reputable real estate companies in the Austin area. Let me give you a little back story as to where I'm coming from.
I've been in real estate for over 10 years; I previously worked in Dallas for Ebby Halliday, and am now at John L. Scott in Seattle. If you're not familiar with these companies, some of the basic defining factors which caused me to choose working with them were:
- Family-owned
- Locally-based
- Long-established presence in the community
- Very strong, positive reputation
- High sales record
- "Traditional" services with a "forward-thinking" philosophy (having a strong website, coupled with strong online marketing - as an example)
My husband and I will be moving to Austin in the next few months; we're very likely going to be in the Lake Travis area. If any locals can offer me the name (or multiple names) of real estate companies in Austin which you feel represent the above factors, I'd appreciate it.
