Dentist open on Saturday? (Austin, Georgetown: insurance, shopping mall, castle)

Does anyone know of a dentist that has Saturday hours? I have checked the phone book and my insurance directory, but short of calling each and every one of them, there's no way to tell if any of them are open Saturdays.

I know the Castle Dental in Barton Creek Square Mall is open on Saturdays, but I'd rather not go to a dentist who has their office in a shopping mall.

Have you tried looking in Georgetown? I used Dr. Thad Putnam as our dentist and Dr. Monica Goldenberg as our orthodontist. They use to be (I moved out of state last year) open on Saturday. They are both very affordable as well. Both of my daughters were in braces at the same time so I had to find someone who not only did outstanding work, but was also affordable. Dr. Goldenberg was fabulous! I very highly recommend her. I also give high marks to Dr. Putnam's office. Both are well worth the drive. On average they were $100's to $1000's of less than dentists in Austin. My husband used an Austin dentist who was very expensive and didn't do that great of a job on his crown. I drove my kids and myself to Georgetown and we saved over $2,000 on braces alone!

Just an FYI, this was posted a while ago, and I never did find one. I guess I should have been a dentist - you only have to work Monday - Thursday (a lot are closed on Fridays), and you charge insane amounts of money for everything.

Hi, I can't recommend this dentist, I actually have a post asking if anyone has been to him. I am also interested in him based on his hours. He is open 8am-4pm on Saturdays.

Go anywhere BUT NEIBAUER DENTAL CARE IN RICHMOND VA, they actually have saturday hours and evenings 7-7 but they are all about money and they change staff all the time. I left! But I really enjoyed the hours, but my hygienist is gone and she was good. Neway hope it helps if you want to try the practice but you WILL be spending soem $$$

I go to Dr. Brian Tucker, but I don't think he's open on weekends. I don't know if they're open on weekends but DON'T GO TO BALCONES DENTAL! They tried charging me $10,000 for various things. And my teeth were fine.

Dr. Cox in SW Austin off of Manchaca Ln. Open Sat. 9-12 (or 10-1) something like that. Went there for 12 years. Awesome small practice that is friendly and easy to schedule with.
