Default Austin in a year????
Currently living in CA, there's a lot of talk about the RE market continuing to decrease or at minimum, level off. As I've been watching Austin only for a short while, I'm wondering whether it will continue to grow in price since it seems unphased by the recession...
Many homebuilders are sold out online, but are they going to continue more phases? How built out are Round Rock neighborhoods?
Looking for a home around $200K, but not moving until next summer.
