There was a terrible wreck there recently, too many cars and not enough space...have I heard that before???

That whole are has been ruined with too many houses, shopping and traffic. It gives me the willies to see it now. What was once a beautiful hill country getaway is now anywhere USA.

360 would be moving closer to town, a less country setting. Also, much of the green areas off 360 are protected... or if not, they are ridiculously expensive, not a likely place Backyard could move. Oh, and the homeowners...
