Hello! My husband and I are considering moving into a Lennar home in the Greenridge community. Greenridge houses homes developed by both KB and Lennar. Just wanted to know if anyone has heard anything good or bad about the neighborhood? Also, does anyone know anything about the neighborhoods resale values?

I don't know about this neighborhood specifically, but both Lennar & KB have been having massive financial problems, some of the worst in the nation among builders. Not such a good thing for a new buyer. I'd consider a different builder if I was you. Best of luck.
