Default Ryland Homes In Falconhead West

Is anyone familiar with this development and this builder? My wife and I were out there recently and liked the area a lot and came across a lot with great views which was owned by Ryland homes. I was was just wondering if anyone has had experience with them or maybe familiar with this new development?

That is a very nice area. Ryland is a great builder - very energy efficient homes. I live in a Ryland and my parents just bought a Ryland. They have very high building standards - in my home inspector's opinion. Much better than some of the "high end" builders out that way.

Hi I am not familiar with Ryland, but we live in Falconhead. We actually purchased a Meritage home on the golf course a few years ago. I love it here! Especially with the new galleria opened, you really have access to everything you need. Plus it feels like you are very removed from downtown, but you can get there in about 25 minutes - which isn't too bad.

Tell you what, with all of our aggrivation with new houses, I'd actually buy a new, never-been-sold, Ryland.

Our favorite floorplan doesn't exist, in Texas, but they have one in CO which my wife and I just love.

Three bedroom, three bath, three car garage, 4K sq. feet, of which half is in the walkout basement, so it's always temperate....

Default Falconhead West

We have good freinds having a home built there - due to be done by year end. Falconhead has been a great neighbor hood.

Let me also invite you to look at a local church www.churchatbeecave,com (broken link)

Welcome to the area!!
