Cool Searching for a party location

I am searching for a location to hold a sand volleyball party/tournament for my birthday. I held a sand volleyball tournament last year while living in an apartment complex that had courts. The party was a success with over 24 people (8-9 teams) participating. I expect more this year.

I have since moved into a house - so, what I'm looking for is a place with a good sand court, little to no fee to use for about 5 hours, allows alcohol (it is a party), and possibly BBQ. The catcher, my birthday is Labor Day weekend - so might need a location I can actually reserve since parks are typically on a first-come, first-served basis.

Thanks.

check with Aussies Bar and Grill. They may have an option for you to use their courts, if you are bringing in people to eat and drink!

I have been to parties with kegs there a number of times. They were school functions so I would imagine everything was on the up and up. I can't swear you don't have to get permission or a permit or something, but it is definitely not forbidden

Technically, the City of Austin parks do not allow alcohol. However, it is not enforced.
