Default Auto and home insurance Will I be paying to much.

Hi thanks for looking.

House/land value of 180K built in 95, three sides brick, 4 bed, 3 bath, 2211 sq ft. In Round rock. The quote I got was $535 with ALL the addons for a year.

97 corvette full coverage. $1000 deductible. $819 a year. 37 y/o good driving record.

The house and the car need to be on together to get that rate. Shold I take it. The co. is rated A+ sup.

Thanks,

Paul G.

less then 600 per month on home sounds great. I like staying below 600.00 myself on home insurance.

Now on the corvette, it sounds good for the class of the vehicle and smart going w/ 1000 deductible if you are the safe driver. I assume you have uninsured motorist, right? Good way to go as we have lot of uninsured motorists around Austin.

I say its a great price for both things to insure.

On auto ins 100/300 is a good!

On the home, that's how lot of insurance agent's write them up by lower value on the home, but increase the personal property value. Its a numbers game. Just make sure what your home is worth and all it's contents inside are covered. Never know if your home gets burned down by a lighting strike or a very bad snow storm

I like the numbers, but not sure about all those small fee's on the home.

I would say the home is worth about 150k and land at about 30k. Things inside will be less than 60k once im moved in. Ill see if I can change around the numbers game.

Im going w/ a broker ill get you the name tonight. Yes central sent the numbers. Thanks and good night.

When it comes to homeowners insurance, you need to be sure you can REBUILD the home for the insured amount ($150K). That may be what it's worth, but can it be rebuilt for that amount?

Also, make sure your mortgage company is okay with the lower than appraised value coverage, some will not accept it.
