Default Perhipheral neropathy support group?

I've searched online, and there either aren't any which still exist in the Austin-area (there used to be a hill country one, but it's not been updated since '05), or my search skills on this subject are letting me down, and I consider myself a search-engine guru. Does anyone know if there is a support group or association for those with perhipheral neuropathy? My wife has it something fierce, and it's not getting better. It's not related to diabetes or cancer, thankfully. Might be traumatic injury or genetic, we don't know.

Sometimes you can learn quite a bit from speaking with others, even if nobody has a solution.

Thanks!

I'm continuing to search, but it dawned on me someone here may have the knowledge handy.
