I just bundled phone, cable, and internet with Time Warner with a price lock for 24 months at the lower prices.

I have had horrible customer service from Time Warner. As soon as I can, I'm hunting for another company and package.

Conversely, I have been with TW for 6 years and they have always been responsive to the few problems I have had, and they just gave me a better price with RoadRunner Turbo (12Mb/s) with more channels locked for 24 months. This is mainly due to AT&T FIOS coming to our area. I did get the pitch from a door to door guy but it didn't look all that attractive. YMMV.

I absolutely hate Time Warner. Their customer service is just downright non-existent. We use them for internet access, and that is only because my husband's company pays for it. Every time I have called about a problem (which has always been their fault, BTW), I have been on hold for AT LEAST 30 minutes before I ever talk to a live human being. THe longest I've been on hold waiting for someone is an hour and a half. Once I get to a real person, they are generally helpful.
That said, we have satellite TV via Dish Network and have had no issues with them.
