Default Is the Gus Fruth park area OK?
Hey all,

I lived in North Austin for a couple of months and I'm looking to relocate back to Austin...but this time around I'd like to be a bit closer to central/south Austin.

Would living near Gus Fruth be alright? I know it's not the ritziest or anything, which is fine by me - I like the though of living so close to Barton and Zilker. Thoughts/advice? Any apt complexes/duplexes/house suggestions would be cool too (though I'm having to be relatively super cheap)

It is a great swimming hole and right off of Barton Hills Dr. that is a nice street and nice area, not quite sure what you are asking.

We went hiking to the park a week ago and drove through the neighborhood. It is so pretty! Looks cool, clean, nice, quiet. I would live there!!
