This isn't a very informative link, but it's a good list. Brushy Creek Park is probably the best and biggest, but if you are looking for a smaller loop or track then Southwest Williamson County Regional Park or Elizabeth Milburn would do well.

You might check out Springwoods Park near Anderson Mill and Pond Springs.

Springswwod is a very basic around the small park trail But it will do in a pinch. I'm not sure if it's a mile..
