What Steve said is right. We did not get the highest quality furniture because it was too expensive for us. We We picked a middle-tier product at Ashleys instead of buying at Ikea.

But at any rate, I expect furniture from a name brand store to be better than this. Or at least the store should be decent enough to not ask for a $100 pick up fee for broken furniture within the first week!
