I just moved into Riata apartments a couple days ago. I really like it, so far.
Anyone else in this forum living at Riata or is there anyone who has lived there?

Would love to hear from y'all.

I lived there about 6 years ago. I have a friend who currently lives there. They have a lot of group activities and social events. It was the most fun apartment complex I've lived in, but not having a hot tub in all the villages bothered me.

Unhappy It is IMPOSSIBLE to get out of a lease at the Riata....

I was treated horribly at the Riata when we found out we were going to be able to buy a house. After finding someone to rent out our place, they still managed to charge us an arm and a leg. The Riata is a great place to live. But....be careful if you have a life change. They will NOT work with you if something happens and you can't live there anymore.
