The apartments I have been in look nothing like those pictures. The place is much more ran down than that site eludes to. It's a mix of people there. Families, Singles, Drug addicts all crammed together.
Great neighborhood though.

They are doing renovations on the place right now, the renovated units are actually pretty nice, but since Im moving without a job I stuck with a non-renovated unit. I like the townhouse layout of the 1 bedroom/1.5 bath which is what really got me about these apartments. That and the rent is only $528 a month. I have 1 bedroom/1 bath (not townhouse) in Cali and I pay $825 so I was finding it hard to pass up. Good to hear that at least its a good neighborhood. Thanks!

I think you might have it backwards, the neighborhood is great, before I moved I heard the apts were a little sketchy, but if you check the crime reports for the zip code there is actually very little crime. I like it a lot, its really quiet and the neighbors are cool and very helpful and so is the maintenence, I havent needed them for anything concerning the apt, but if Im outside and I look like im struggling with something someone always offers to help. My only complaint would be that there is not enought storage/closet space, the downstairs bathroom feels like it should have been a closet, but maybe that is because I am a packrat and need more storage. Overall I like it! HTH

Okay one more complaint- The carpet is a light color, which I hate because it bugs me when the carpet is dirty and a darker color covers spills/stains better. It was really clean when I moved in, but Im clumbsy and I know before long ill be trying to scrub out coffee and wine stains. Nothing to do with the deposit or anything I just hate having dirty carpets.

Thumbs down Do Not Rent Here!!

I lived in these apartments (Anderson Mill) for 6 months and they are horrible!! My roommate and I lived with mold in our ceiling and in our carpet and management did nothing about it!! They even charged us to replace the carpet when we moved out! The neighborhood is very nice but these apartments really bring it down! Do not rent here unless you absolutely have to!

Ive lived here for 1 month and my first weekend there my apartment got broken into. Then just today some stupid kids decided to play football in the parking lot and smash my back windshield but of course since its Travis county's jurisdiction now they dont do anything about it. Very nice police officers they were on my side both times but they said since no one physically saw the kids and the idiot neighbor (who deals drugs and I dont know why hes on probation and also had cops called on him for a domestic dispute with a female and Im terrified to walk out my front door or walk my dog because despite my efforts straight up telling him to stop talking to me he continues to) do it they cant prosecute so I have 1000 worth of repairs and stolen items. Also they claim to be energy efficient and theyre not. Its miserably hot upstairs and we have to blast the a/c for it to cool down. In addition to multiple other things that I had to constantly complain about to be fixed. Dont live there unless you expect lots of bad thigns to happen
