Which does not necessarily mean it is the best real estate investment. In my experience the suburbs appreciate less than single family homes the more central areas. E.G. you could buy a house on West Oltorf in 2000 for $130k. Probably goes for $300k now. I know I wish I did..........I bet Mueller will be the same way 10 years from now.
