Good luck.

We've done Hyde Park Bar & Grill (original one) a few times and reservations was not really a problem but we always went about 1 pm or so - not at 5pm... Depends on the atmosphere you want, Hyde Park feels "homey" and comforting. Four Seasons, not so much.

Hee hee. "Luby's" I thought it was an oil-change place for the first few weeks of living here.

We didn't have trouble getting in to Hyde Park without a reservation either. And at the time I think the whole meal was about $15 with dessert. The food was great and the ambiance better. It's not a huge restaurant and it was more couples and small families in attendance. We also went around 1pm and it was fine.

Thanks everyone. I think I'm going to try Hyde Park. If they're booked, I guess there's always Boston Market.

Or Luby's!

The Austin Chronicle has a list in this weeks' edition, page 58

"For those of you planning to eat out, we've compiled a big list of eateries that are serving Thanksgiving Day, so be sure to check out Restaurant Roulette, p.58, and make those reservations now..."

Food: Food-o-File - The Austin Chronicle

At least that's the mention of it, but sadly the printed list doesn't appear to be online
