Default Artisan Chocolate
Are there any artisan chocolate makers in Austin or the surrounding areas? I'm talking the kind where they buyers know the growers (usually in Central Am), where quality is king, where batches are custom blended and lovingly made. I'm talking slowly eaten, have-it-for-desert-with-sipping-wine type chocolate. (Not Hershey's.)

I'm thinking I saw a story about one in Georgetown, but I'd have to double check that.

I found two: Sweet Serendipity in Georgetown and Expressions Fine Artisan Chocolates and Confections in Lakeway. There are two others, but not sure about them qualifying as "artisan". Those would be Viva Chocolato in the Domain and Lammes Candies.
