Default Anyone live in The Reserve in Twin Creeks?

My husband and I have been looking at the Fairway View Homes in the Reserve. They are currently offering incentives but say that it is their rule not to sell below their list price as it would upset others who have purchased their home to see another home like theirs sold for less. Does this make sense? WHO buys a house at LIST PRICE? There isn't an inventory home available in the style that we like and I'm wondering if this is why. Does anyone have any insight or information regarding Fairway View Homes in Twin Creeks? Thanks so much!

My husband and I looked at the Fairway homes a few months ago. They had about 10 specs at the time, price ranges all over the board. They were offering about $75k off at the time.

We didn't buy there because their pricing made no sense. One house, with a comparable view and size, would be $150k more than another house.
