I like the look of the rear entry homes, but it looks like the houses are very close together in Highland Park from the pics I've seen. Do any of the sections have more space?

Anyone have any info about the Cambridge Heights and Springbrook Centre neighborhoods? Quality of homes? Quirks?

You can find the same rear-entry, DR Horton homes in the Cedar Park neighborhoods, Forest Creek and Town Center. Cedar Park will open its new rec center in Town Center this month, which will be nice. It seems that Cedar Park is treating that area like a new "main street."

I'd choose Avery Ranch, but be careful of homes that back up to Round Rock ISD's stadium.

The ones that backup to the stadium aren't horrible. My friend has one and it is fun to listen to the marching bands.
