Perhaps you should consider other criteria for where you want to move other than "women 24+". Any of the top 20-30 cities in the U.S. are going to have lots of single, datable, women of all ages.

If I were you I would first identify and list all of my interests other than women. Then, list all of the goals you want to accomplish in life, and perhaps compare these goals to what each city has to offer in support of them.

Also, list some criteria of what would interest you in the place you want to live... What kind of weather do you prefer? Do you like snow? Rain? Beaches? Hiking and running trails? Festivals? Live music? Boating? Theme parks? Religious affiliation? Cultural diversity?

Since you have knowledge of both job choices perhaps you can also compare the two jobs in terms of company size, type of work, pay, benefits, proximity to home, as well as access to local eating establishments, potential commute, etc.

However, based on your screen name, whatever choice you make is the right one
