The Farmer's Market in RR is seasonal and only open on Sat 9-12'ish - not open this time of year.
Not alot of variety or vendors though..maybe 10 or so vendors. I do go there though because it's pretty close to where I live. I also go to the Taylor one on Wednesday afternoons..small as well and seasonal too.
Sunset Valley is open year round.
