Default Best Seafood in Austin

Who has the best seafood in Austin for less than $12 per plate? I've been in Austin for almost 7 years now and have not found a good place for seafood. I've been to Mr Catfish, and they were ok, but I think it could have been a little better. Specifically, I went to the location on Rundberg, but I think the place looked kind of old and dirty. I've also been to Springhill Cafe in Pflugerville, but their restaurant kinda smelled like an antiqe gallery. Their food was not the best I've had either.

McCormicks and schmicks lunch (or happy hour), eddie v's happy hour.

I found quality seafood overcooks their seafood.

Check out the Good Luck Grill on 973 in Manor. I am from the deep south of Alabama and know good seafood. This place comes the closest to good seafood as we can find here......and at less than $12 a plate. I wouldn't expect a large variety of seafood though. It seems catfish and shrimp is their "specialty".
