Sorry, I didn't mean to sound abrupt, I was just short of time. My kids are in private school and I do post regularly on this topic.

Here is a good thread, particularly with your interest in Classical Christian education, be sure to read through it to the end
Regents School of Austin vs. other private schools

Here is another thread but the OP was looking for non-religious schools
Top private schools in Austin?

good luck

There is a Lutheran school my neighbor had her kids in somewhere on West Braker. I don't remember the name of the Church however.

My wife went to St Paul Lutheran for 1st-8th grade and had no problems academically going into the IB Program at Anderson HS. She said she felt she was ahead of the kids that went to Murchison for Middle School. It's pretty inexpensive too. We'll probably send our daughter there.

Redeemer Lutheran is also a very good school for folks looking for a good education in a Christian context.

Here's St. Paul's Lutheran School

Here is the web site for Regent's School in Austin.

Regents School of Austin

Here is Veritas, another Classical Christian school that has been spoken of highly (apparently many former Regent's students and faculty)

Veritas Academy

You might want to consider Veritas because it's really a combination of the two...I believe 3 days at school and 2 home-schooled. From what I understand, the school gives you all the tools/books/etc to homeschool, so if you haven't been a homeschooler before, it's not too difficult to adjust.
