Default Bertram Creative Center

Hello,

I was looking to rent out a beautiful building in Bertram to use as a studio/gallery space (I am an artist from Michigan), but I figured it was so big that it could be used for much more than that. Would the people of Bertram be receptive to a creative center that would host concerts, art classes, art shows, movie screenings, and things of this nature?
I would love to host a place like this.

I don't know if Bertram would be large enough to support something of that nature, call the chamber of commerce and ask.
