Default Need Advice Austin Area Some Trees and Nice Views
Hello!

We are headed down to Austin in two weeks to check out two houses we found online. One in Bastrop, the other in Georgetown. Most of our experience in the Austin area through the years has been down in Dripping Springs and Wimberley. Can anyone help us with something that would meet this description:

We are looking for a house on a large private lot or small acreage (2-5 acres), with trees and a nice view within 30-40 minutes of downtown Austin under $375k.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, John

Remind me what you're looking for in the way of a house so I can cut the hits on the MLS down a little bit, will you? Age of house, size of house?

Georgetown is closer in than Bastrop, FWIW.
