Default Canadians buying in Austin - Condo questions

Hi Folks! My husband and I are buying a vacation/winter getaway in Austin. I am looking for opinions on some complexes we are seriously considering that are in our price range. Riverwalk Condos on the waterfront just west of I35 and Tiffany Condos at 7801 Shoal Creek Blvd near Anderson. We are a really young at heart 40 and 50ish couple...very easy going and laid back...no kids. Looking for a complex that suits us. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Can't help you on the condo front, or downtown. We're not really downtown king of folk.

Any other Canadian in Austin questions, fire away.

Just remember, when you come down here, you're a Texadian!

Oh, and people will expect you to say Eh every sentence. They also get a kick out of "You guys" instead of y'all.
