I saw it in the blurb agents write in the comments when describing the home that is for sale. After I read that I wanted to know if it was true. I was doing a search on homes in Leander.

Back to the "theme park," I'm almost certain they're talking about the X-park since the listed house is in Northcreek. That's near where the future x-park is supposed to be.
