Gigi is right about it being in a nice neigborhood. I am actually waiting on the realator to call me back so that we can go look at the townhomes. I am a young mom of a 16 month old (me: 22 my husband: 27), and it is a perfectly safe environment, nestled in a very nice neighborhood. All of the homes in the neigborhood are well taken care of, and too me, it is very quiet and peaceful.
As for shopping, there is also Lakeline Mall, just miles down road. I can't wait to see the inside. We have been "shopping" for a new place, and let me tell you, Austin is not cheap. This place is at a reasonable price.
Who knows, maybe we'll be neighbors!!
