I've lived in Pflugerville almost all of my life and my husband and I are in the process of building a house in the Villages of Hidden Lake subdivision. My first question is, on average about how much do you pay per month for your property taxes? I know they're a few thousand more than where we live at now (Gatlinburg) but I just want to get an idea of what we can expect to pay.

Also, I'm trying to find a house with the same color brick we chose b/c for the life of me I can't remember what it looks like. It's called Browns Mill and our builder is Gehan. If your house is this color and you send me a pic and refresh my memory?

Thanks!

We are building a Gehan with Browns Mill brick. Here's a couple of pics.

This is a home in our neighborhood that has Browns Mill. We drive by this house many times to help us with our decision.

In Walsh Trails in Cedar Park (Williamson County) our tax rate is 2.47. I'm not sure where Villages of Hidden Lake is, but you could go into Williamson or Travis Central Appraisal District websites and figure them yourself. Ours are high, and will be almost twice as high next year because our house was still in framing at appraisal time last year!
