Austin Diagnostic Clinic on Mopac - Any recommendations for Family Practice Dr.? (West: house)

I like ADC - the fact that all doctors are in one location and can exchange information. I'm looking for a good family practice doctor. I have one there right now but am not happy with him at all. Any suggestions? I did see that Dr. David Joseph was listed as a Super Doctor in Texas Monthly a couple years ago but that list is just an advertising thing so not reliable. I appreciate any suggestions!!

Loved it! We used it more as an after-hours doctor, but we were always happy with the doctors. Although the wait times can be a bit long (especially at 3am), but the nurses and doctors were always friendly and were very thorough.

There is also an X-ray and Lab there on site, if necessary. I give it a HUGE thumbs up.

I have vowed that if my family doctor EVER moves out of Austin, I'm packing up my house and following her - she's THAT good. I've referred about a dozen people to her so far and they've all stayed with her because she's awesome. Dr. Michele Markley is with Austin Regional Clinic. She's currently at the one near the intersection of 34th & Jefferson, but she's suppose to be moving into the new ARC medical tower near Far West & MoPac. Her current phone number is 452-2244, but I'm not sure what her new number will be.

She's super busy, but she's super awesome. Very friendly - she hugs me everytime I see her, remembers her patients, very good at diagnosing ailments, very aggressive with treatment and very free-handed with the free sample medications (which has saved me untold dollars at the pharmacy).

Thanks to all for all the great feedback. I've tried Abraham - liked her, Evans - OK and another - not OK...I was thinking maybe there was one at ADC that really stood out. I'll definitely give Dr. Markley's office a ring. Thanks for the info!

I know you didn't ask, but Dr. Suffredini is the BEST pediatrician at ADC!
