Default Anyone familiar with Gables Grandview or Gables Westlake?

We are moving to Austin in June and looking for a hill country apartment with views that is still close to everything. Any thoughts on Grandview or Gables Westlake?

Lived in grandview for several months. Very nice apartments but higher than expected student population can be loud and dominate the pool and fitness areas.

I'm down the street from Grandview at Alexan Vistas. It's comparable to Grandview and I haven't noticed any students here. The apartments are high up on a hill with great views. Also, it's a brand new complex which is a plus.
