Teenage boys not thinking about the consequences of their actions. I hope they come to their senses before they hurt someone. Or, better, I hope they get caught before they hurt someone.

Lots of bicyclist travel SW parkway. Could be very dangerous and painful for them to get shot.

I'm glad they caught him, this sounds like the kind of thing that could have ended in tragedy or escalated as he got bored the pellet gun.
