family funtime
Where is a good place to get adult beverages while the kids have their own entertainment (music/playscape/etc.) I have been to the CM on N. Lamar, Freddies on South First, and Waterloo at Southpark Meadows. Any other suggestions?

There is a Waterloo at Escarpment and Slaughter with a playscape (fenced in and lots of open space besides) and Natural Planet in the same strip center has a smaller playscape (more of the McDonalds style, but somewhat bigger). Not sure what drinks they may serve, though, at NP. Nutty Brown has a kid's night where they have kids bands playing and lots of room. We ran into this accidentally a while back and it worked out nicely....I think it is Tuesday night.

Freddie's Place no longer has music due to noise complaints.
