i know about Baylor, i am from Texas. I was asking about non southern only because he mentioned Baylor.

but if the church is conservative and traditional, like some of the good folks talked about earlier, then i am open to it, just as i am to a Bible or Community church as along as it is Bible believing and not progressive or emergent, or the more liberal southern baptist.

I am sure that you will be able to find what you are looking for. Hopefully, fairly close to where you will be living. It is hard to search for such things from a distance.

Default First Baptist Pflugerville
FBC Pflugerville is a conservative, Baptist congregation. We have two services: 9am (contemporary/praise band) and 10:30 (traditional/choir). Run about 650-700 in Sunday School, and many activities for all ages. We're moving into a new worship facility soon (!).

We just Started attending Hill Country Bible and really enjoy it as well. The messages are a bit watered down sometimes but the people are wonderful..
