H.E.B, but also Central Market has a few Scandinavian items like lingonberry soda and Ikea has it all!

There is a Norwegian Seaman's Church in Houston. (South of Houston actually. In Pasadena) It is a three hour drive from Austin, but they have tons of Norwegian stuff, including food and magazines. Also, they all speak Norwegian, obviously, and have some great events. My wife is Norwegian, and begs me to go there so that she can pick up little things every once and a while. It is pretty expensive though. About 10 bucks for Toro packets, but you cant get most of the things they have anywhere else. If you want Daim though, you wont find it cheaper than IKEA.

Thanks, All. Yes, I do go to IKEA, although my local one has stopped carrying lefse.
They are really more Swedish than Norwegian, but some things are the same, and I do enjoy whatever I can find. I am excited to see the new bakery opening up (Timothy's). Can't wait to visit. And thanks for the tip about Houston. I do go there on occasion, and will look the place up.

Austin's New Scandinavian Bakery
They are really more Swedish than Norwegian, but some things are the same, and I do enjoy whatever I can find. I am excited to see the new bakery opening up (Timothy's). Can't wait to visit. And thanks for the tip about Houston. I do go there on occasion, and will look the place up.
