Default Virtual Tour Company

Any realtors out there that can recommend a good photo/virtual tour to take pictures for a listing? I'd like to establish a new relationship and would prefer to use a company that comes highly recommended.

I am a CPA who does the books for a relatively well known SW Austin real estate brokerage. They use Evolution Tours. They (Eddie, the owner actually) did the VT for my house when I sold it and he did a great job.

I really like TourSmith because it integrates the tour with a floorplan. If you don't have a floorplan, they make one. Here's an example: HomeCity Real Estate. THey also give you the high resolution photos to use on flyers, postcrds, etc...

I second any company that integrates a floorplan. We're looking for a home in Austin and a floorplan makes all the difference to me. I'm not concerned about square footage as long as I can see the flow of a house. Any homes I see without a floorplan are kept on my "Maybe" list while those with a floorplan can be ruled in or out immediately. This not only saves my time while looking, but that of my realtor and of the seller. Who wants to go crazy getting their house ready for a showing when the buyer is really looking for something else?
