Question Question about railway in Avery Ranch

Hi,

I plan to buy a house, and Avery Ranch is one of the area I would like to move in, since I heard a lot of good stuff about Avery Ranch from this forum. However, I do notice that there is a railway across this area. For those who lives nearby, does that bother you? Will that affect the price of the house?

I saw a post about the railway in Cedar Park:

and I'm a little worried if Avery Ranch has the same problem.

Thank you for your feedback.

I lived in the highlands subdivision of Avery Ranch which is pretty close to the tracks and rarely noticed the trains. I was probably 3/4 miles away.

It would depend on how close your house would be to the tracks.
