I'm looking for a job in Austin and have about 5 years of experience as a consulting civil engineer. Thanks!

There's generally always a shortage of civil PE's in Austin. No need for a head hunter, just look at all the major firm websites for available positions. Most have Austin offices. I've worked for two of the major firms and neither dealt with headhunters.

No need for a headhunter, especially for an entry-level position. Look up firms in Austin and apply to any open positions online that you are qualified for. If you're also looking in Houston and Dallas, there's literally hundreds of firms. Just search and apply.
