our bid was accpted in circle c. we plan on closing at the beginning of august and actually moving in september. not for the logistics of moving 3 dogs 4 cats 2 cars a motorcycle and a trike to austin

Good luck.

This is just a friendly tip. You might not want to advertise the number of pets that you have to your neighbors right away. I'm not sure if Circle C has any HOA restrictions on the number of pets that you are allowed, but you might want to read the restrictions to make sure. I've lived in other HOA communities where there were limits.

i read the hoa and there are no limits as long as they dont become a nuisance. I always lood at the covenants since ive seen some that have limits of as few as 2
