Hello there, you are in luck, there are loads of South Africans in Texas - check out http://www.sa-austin.com/
The guy who runs the site is very friendly, so I am sure he will be able to put you in touch with some others. They have regular get togethers.

Have you had lucky find other expat's? Just wondering, as I've recently been on a quest to locate local South Africans. I lived in Witbank for several years and have fond memories so would love to conect with some SA's living in Austin.

When did you live in Witbank. I was born and raised there. Our family will be relocating to El Paso aourhd June of this year. Hoping there are some South African Families around.
