Default Vacationing and looking for a (vegetarian) cooking class

Greetings all! I'm going to be vacationing in Austin July 8 - 15 and wondering if anyone has an idea how to find out if there are some veg-friendly cooking classes going on? I thought it'd be fun to cook and eat something a night or two while abroad (But not pay oodles of money renting a house.)

Thank you!

I've never taken a class there, but you may want to look into Casa de Luz:
Casa de Luz :: Vegan :: Macrobiotic :: Organic
If they don't have something going on, they will probably at least know where you should look.

Central Market and Whole Foods (main store on 6th and Lamar) also have cooking classes, but not sure if there are any vegetarian/vegan only classes.
