This is terrific information to get me started!

We're really hoping to be able to move to Austin. Unfortunately, the Boston housing market is cold (just like the weather) so it may take a while to sell here. That gives us plenty of time to research communities, though.

Default moving to austin
Don't worry about the price as most are below your price range. Coming from where you're coming, you'll get a fantastic house for that price.
