Looking for a good veterinarian ref. in Cedar Park area.
Hi,
I have no past experience with a vet around here, so any reference would be very much appreciated!
Thank you

I recommend Premier also. We have been using Premier Animal Hospital since it opened for our family pets and have been always happy with the care they receive there. We've used several other vet clinics in the area over the past 10+ years and we feel most comfortable with them.

I just took my dog to Buttercup Vets on 183 near Cypress Creek. I was very impressed by the service I got, both in person and when I called a few days later to talk to a vet again.

Premier is definitely the way to go. We had a 15 yr. old Scottie who hated the vet. We'd been taking him to an old school vet in Round Rock for a while who was nice enough, but didn't have the best bedside manner. Everytime he went there he got all nervous and tried to bite the vet. The last time we took him there for an infected eye and the vet told us he would have to put him under anesthesia to test him for dry eye. Not feeling comfortable putting a 15 yr. old dog under to check out his eye, we took him to Premier for a second opinion. Dr. Whitehill was awesome. He was so gentle our dog didn't even put up a fight while he did the test. Unfortunately, that eye was the beginning of many serious health conditions. They were so kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. Everyone there treated him like he was their dog and Dr. Whitehill even cried with us when it came time to let the poor guy go. I know I just wrote a book, but I cannot say enough kind words about the staff there.

OK, just another Dr. Daigle and Premier Pet Hospital fan here! We have taken our three pugs there since we moved to Austin. Dr. Daigle is fabulous. Our pug had a seizure type episode. Dr. Daigle had me bring him in for a day of "observation" and did not send him home until they checked out everything. We have had a lot of vets over the years, and he is #1 in my book!

Premier is amazing. We used to go there and had to find another vet when we moved south. We were very sad to have to leave this practice as Dr. D is fantastic. 8 paws up for Premier!
