My husband has been holding lessons out of our home (he makes guitar effects pedals) and we want to move it out of the house and into a workshop or co op or whatever is cheap! He would likely be doing group classes 3 Saturdays a month for 2 hours each.
Any ideas on where to start looking for that kind of thing? They would be using soldering irons and such.
