Does it have any views of Hill Country? What about Oak Creek Parke, The Villages at Western Oaks, Legend Oaks, Circle C, and Oak Hill? If not, then where do the great views generally start? Approximately northwest of 290?

Meridian is not known for it's views, but more for it's location and semi-wooded lots. a lot depends on what your price range is. Lots and homes with views ususally demand a premium, but can still be found at great prices. There are still great views south of the "y" in Oak Hill and the area over there and close to Circle C is experiencing great growth and appreciation. I don't know what your budget is but I would suggest areas like Rim Rock, La Ventana, Belterra even has a few that will have great views.

I know this is such a timely response to your Meridian question but I've lived in Meridian for 2 months, and I'm a realtor. We have looked at buying in here for a couple of years but until the interest rates went down, and the builders were not in the drivers seat we couldn't afford it. We love it, and I believe it will be a great investment.
