Until there is a substantial employment; not just retail jobs... Elgin will continue to be a small town.

If Elgin can court diverse businesses, then it will be doing great. My husband said lots of IT companies in Austin/RR are on their way out. Dell, Applied, Sysco (Cisco)?, are just a few. |
