I understand people have a curiosity but sometimes it really is none of anyone's business if they're he/she, black/white/yellow/brown, etc, etc. To post wondering what sex someone is isn't right either, in my opinion. Stop acting like stalkers.

Also, when someone tells me their handle I don't continue to make one up for them as an insult.

People value their space outside of this forum as they do inside of this forum.

Stop the witch hunt and focus on yourselves instead of someone else or perhaps find a new form of entertainment, (fun).

This forum is starting to sound like a group of old biddies.

If people want to share where they live, how many they have in the family, where they work, etc, it's their business. If they don't I would not keep pressing the issue or do a call out on the forum, "HEY, is so-and-so a female or male, are they white, black, yellow, brown, a mix, where does so-and-so live? etc, etc, etc". Personal information is just that...personal.

There was a time I didn't understand boundaries on the internet but I learned there are.

If you don't like the topic, you don't have to read it, or participate in it. To call it a witch hunt is absolutely absurd.

Inferring that someone is a pair of "tig ol' biddies" could be considered insulting as well.

All this because of a simple request:
Any regular posters on the Austin forum want to share what they look like? from InThe Cut.
Please read my latest response on that thread - the thread has the most responses for a reason it was placed there for those posters who would like to share. Nothing more, nothing less.
I'm looking forward to the next instalment there...will it be you?
Let's take the higher ground and respect those who choose to participate and those who don't without hurling insults and false accusations.

Nothing wrong with people who consent to it. It's a natural curiosity to want to know who you're talking to on a daily basis after a while.

If you are this sensitive, perhaps internet forums are not a place for you. You simply need to ignore the threads that are of no interest to you. I chose not to post a picture of myself for privacy reasons, but I am not offended that people might ask me to do so, it is in with my power to decline or ignore the request. Who knows, if I looked better I might actually post a photo, privacy be damned
