Default Teravista or Brushy Creek (Averay Ranch)?

want to know more about the negatives of these areas...so far..i can't think of anything..they are both really nice areas. Both golfing communities, appear to be family communities, both have great community amenities..property taxes are about the same.

Avery is in Austin city limits, Terravista is within RR city and Ranch at Brushy Creek is in Cedar Park. I would assume the tax rate at Avery would be slightly higher than the other ones. Ranch at Brushy Creek is fairly new (and I was told that they are looking forward for 9 years of construction happening there) and they do not have a golf course. Avery and Terravista does.
