Building a home in Paloma Lake
We want to build a Standard Pacific home in the Paloma Lake area. However, we have a few concerns. The main concern is that the middle school is CD Fulkes. This school has received low marks from online sites and is quite far from the neighborhood. I have a 7 year old who would, in a few of years, have to be bussed to attend this school. We are also concerned that this will adversely affect the resale value of our home. Does anyone know if the Round Rock ISD is planning to build a new middle school in the area?
Finally, I would welcome any feedback on the area and Standard Pacific homes.
